Land Fills
A Land Fill is defined as a low area of land that is built up from deposits of solid refuse in layers covered by soil. Land Fill can effect our lives because the squashed solid waste placed underground creates methane gas and other dangerous gases. Methane gas is flammable and therefore it can start a huge fire.

We have chosen this diagram because it shows what a Land fill is and the different parts of a Land fill.

To help this problem of Land fill we can recycle and reuse our paper, plactic and glass so that we have a few Land fills as possible. The more you recycle the better the world will be.
